These Purchase Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through mascholster.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

Return Address: Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate U.S. return address and return authorization based on your order.

1. WARRANTY

All MASC Holster products are covered against manufacturing defects.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

Normal leather aging, natural color variations, scratches from regular use, and normal wear are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours after they are placed.

Once production or shipping has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.

3. RETURN POLICY

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Include all original accessories and packaging.
Include the order confirmation or invoice.

Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

4. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer support team.

Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. REFUNDS

After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

6. SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with the carrier before accepting delivery and contact us immediately.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All MASC Holster products are handcrafted from premium genuine leather.

Natural variations in leather color, grain, texture, and finish are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MASC Holster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is compatible with their firearm and intended use.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing MASC Holster LLC.
