Warranty, Cancellation, Return and Replacement Conditions
1. Every product you buy from Masc Holster shall be under Masc Holster guarantee since Masc Holster adopts unconditional customer satisfaction.
MASC SARACIYE AV VE GÜVENLIK MALZEMELERI SAN. DIS TIC. LTD. STI. is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Code. It fulfills this obligation.
Please open and check the package in front of the authorized person from the company after you received the package if you think the goods are damaged during shipment. If there is damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product and have report prepared by the cargo company. Please note that once you have received the product, you accept that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.
Returns for used, damaged and products in similar conditions shall not be accepted.
The customer is obligated to return the product in the condition the customer has accepted it and if the product is used, the customer shall be obligated to compensate the loss in commercial value of the goods.
2. Cancellation, Return and Replacement Conditions
2.1 Replacement Conditions
Right to replace within 14 days:
Retail customers can return and replace products only purchased directly from www.mascholsters.com
You can return and replace only the products with their invoices purchased directly from www.mascholster.com
Replacement is made at Masc Holster Shops by replacing the products with products of same price and/or over that price by collecting the price difference at cash register.
The product purchased at the website can not be replaced with a product under the same price, the fee can not be returned at the cash register.
Returning or replacing the products original packaging of which is damaged, used, destroyed shall not be accepted.
Replacement without invoice shall not be accepted.
2.2 Conditions for Returning
Right to return within 14 days:
You can return the items you want to return by filling in the return and exchange form within 14 days from the date you receive the order.
Returns are made from the E-commerce unit.
Returns of internet orders cannot be made in our Stores.
Return conditions:
You can return the products you have purchased on condition that they are not used or lost their commercial properties.
It is obligatory that the product labels and logos are not damaged, all the accessories of the product (buckle, belt, ribbon etc.) are returned with the product.
Before return any item, please contact Masc Holster and request a free return label.
The orders returned 14 days after the date of the order for the purpose of returning shall not be accepted and the shipping costs accruing due to this reason shall not be paid by Masc Holster.
Returns without invoice shall not be accepted.
2.2.1 Procedure of Refund in Return Requests
Refund price shall be transferred to your credit card within 7 business days after the date on which the products belonging to the order you wish to return are received by Masc Holster and the provision code shall be notified to you via e-mail.
Reflection of the price on your bank statement with the provision code shall occur within the scope of your agreement with the bank.
You can contact your bank with your provision code about the prices not reflected to your statement.
2.3 Conditions for Returning
You will be able to cancel your order within 4 hours since the process of preparing and shipping your order will start in 4 hours after issuing an order.
After the delivery process has been started after the invoice is issued, you cannot cancel your order.
After you receive your order, you can use your right to return and replace.
2.3.1 Procedure of Refund in Cancellation Requests
In the cancellation requests made in accordance with the conditions above, the refund shall be transferred to your credit card in 7 business days and the proof code will be notified to you via e-mail. Reflection of the price on your bank statement with the provision code shall occur within the scope of your agreement with the bank.
You can contact your bank with your provision code about the prices not reflected to your statement.
